Race Day!

Super excited this morning to be participating in the 30th annual Forest City Road Races! Yes, the one I swore I would attend, even if I had to walk it.

But I wont be walking. After five months of training I hope to go sub 30 minutes for the 5K.

Crazy yes but a definite possibility as long as my race strategy works out. Fingers crossed.

I got to meet the race director when I picked up my race kit.

If you are looking for me on raceday I will be wearing my Autism Speaks shirt, and probably a long sleeve black shirt underneath, forecasts say it will be a cold one.
