Stepping on the scales this morning brought a huge smile to my face as I crossed a big milestone.
50 POUNDS LOST!
I’m about 6 pounds ahead of schedule as the graph shows. I don’t want to get too far ahead of my pace but an extra 6 pounds over 60+ days is not terrible in my books.
In other great news, my leg seems to be holding up well without any shin pain in my last two runs. I’ll just have to take it a bit easier when the weather turns nice again and I get back to outdoor running.
